| Description: | Исследуется вопрос составления и содержания решения суда по делам о защите жилищных прав государственных служащих и членов их семей. Автор уделяет внимание содержанию резолютивной части судебного решения в соответствии с положениями частей 2 и 3 ст. 227 Кодекса административного судопроизводства РФ. Исследовано 50 судебных решений и выявлены ошибки и недостатки в содержании их резолютивной части. Рассмотрена проблема грамотного оформления судебного решения, внесены предложения по совершенствованию оформления судебного решения. There is a subject regarded how to make up the judicial decision and what it is to contain in the cases about housing rights protection of civil servants and their family members. The author pays attention to the content of resolutive part of the judicial decision in accordance with the Part 2 and 3, Article 227 of the Code of Administrative Judicial Procedure of the Russian Federation. There were 50 judicial decisions researched and the mistakes in the content of resolutive part of judicial decisions found. There was a problem of literally correct execution of the judicial decision analysed as well. |
