| Περιγραφή: | The method of overestimating the enemy's military capabilities and underestimating one's own potential is one of the most effective propaganda techniques of our day.This form of information work is an unconditional reflection of the thoughts of the Chinese strategist Sun Tzu, outlined in his book "The Art of Victory". “If you are strong, seem weak, and if you are weak, seem strong”, “War is a way of deception” - these provisions are still relevant today.The subject of the previous report of the author of this work was the overestimation of the size of the armed forces of the DPRK as a result of distortions of Western and South Korean propaganda in last decades.On the other hand, there remains the question of the real power of the main enemy of the DPRK - the Republic of Korea (ROK). Despite a similar downward trend, the armed forces of this state are characterized by a traditional Western vice - the suppression of the actual military potential. An analysis of the existing organizational and staff structures suggests that the capabilities of the RK military machine are much higher.At the same time, the size and capabilities of the South Korean special operations forces are growing and purposefully increasing. This suggests that they, as a tool, are intended to be used in the sphere of foreign policy - the military sphere.In this report, using the example of the special operations forces of the ROK, their careful consideration and analysis, the fact of underestimation of their number is analyzed - as a particular example of the armed forces of the ROK, where there are corresponding trends.Examples are given from official reports regarding such a number - and their comparison with the real organizational and staff structures of the South Korean special forces. The estimates of the real potential of the special forces of the ROK are given. The conclusion is made about the need for a more thorough study of the real potential of the conventional and special armed forces of the ROK - as a correct understanding of the degree of threat and military power of the ROK in the Far East, as a significant and gradually gaining strength player in the Asia-Pacific region. Метод завышения военных возможностей противника и занижения своего собственного потенциала – один из действеннейших пропагандистских приёмов наших дней.Данная форма информационной работы является безусловным отражением мыслей китайского стратега Сунь Цзы, изложенных им в его книге «Искусство побеждать». «Если ты силен, кажись слабым, а если слаб, кажись сильным», «война – это путь обмана» – данные положения имеют актуальность и в наши дни.Предметом прошлого доклада автора настоящей работы стали завышенные оценки численности вооружённых сил КНДР как результата искажений западной и южнокорейской пропаганды последних десятилетий.С другой стороны, остаётся вопрос о реальной мощи основного врага КНДР – Республики Корея (РК). Несмотря на аналогичную тенденцию к сокращению, вооружённым силам данного государства присущ традиционный западный порок - замалчивание действительного военного потенциала. Анализ имеющихся организационно-штатных структур говорит о том, что возможности военной машины РК куда выше.Вместе с тем, численность и возможности южнокорейских сил специальных операций растут и целенаправленно увеличиваются. Это говорит о том, что им как инструменту предназначено применение в сфере внешней политики – военной сфере.В настоящем докладе на примере сил специальных операций РК, их тщательного рассмотрения и анализа разобран факт занижения их численности – как частный пример относительно вооруженных сил РК, где имеются соответствующие тенденции.Приведены примеры из официальных сообщений относительно такой численности – и их сопоставления с реальными организационно-штатными структурами южнокорейского спецназа. Приведены оценки реального потенциала специальных сил РК. Сделан вывод о необходимости более тщательного изучения реального потенциала конвенционных и специальных вооруженных сил РК – как правильного понимания степени угрозы и военного могущества РК на Дальнем Востоке, как значительного и постепенно набирающего силу игрока в азиатско-тихоокеанском регионе. |
