В статье представлены результаты исследования, которое посвящено анализу особенностей использования бюджетирования в образовательных автономных учреждениях, как средства контроля за использованием их финансовых ресурсов. В статье обозначена содержательная сущность бюджетирования, выделены его составляющие, цели и задачи. Отдельное внимание уделено условиям успешного внедрения системы бюджетирования, а также факторам, которые следует учитывать в процессе выбора конкретной модели составления бюджета. Особый акцент сделан на обосновании методики учета затрат, которая имеет ряд особенностей, обусловленных нематериальной формой образовательной услуги. Полученные результаты позволили сформировать предложение, касающиеся разработки сводного бюджета для упрощения контроля за расходованием бюджетных средств. The article presents the results of a study that analyzes the features of the use of budgeting ineducational autonomous institutions as a means of control over the use of their financial resources. The article outlines the substantive essence of budgeting, highlights its components, goals and objectives. Special attention is paid to the conditions for the successful implementation of the budgeting system, as well as the factors that should be taken into account in the process of choosing a specific budgeting model. Particular emphasis is placedon the substantiation of the cost accounting methodology, which has a number of features due to the intangible form of educational services. The results obtained made it possible to formulate a proposal regarding the development of a consolidated budget to simplify control over the spending of budget funds. |
