| Περιγραφή: | It was assessed the availability of expensive research methods (CT and MRI) for the attached population of the polyclinic in Temirtau city. A comparative analysis of the consumption level of consultative and diagnostic services in 4 time intervals was carried out: 1 - before the introduction of the mandatory social health insurance system, 2 - during the period of participation of the polyclinic in the pilot project of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the MSHI system, 3 - after the introduction of the System and during the pandemic of coronavirus infectoion. It was shown an increase in the level of accessibility of consultative and diagnostic services after introduction of the mandatory social health insurance system. Была оценена доступность дорогостоящих методов исследования (КТ и МРТ) для прикрепленного населения поликлиники г. Темиртау. Проведен сравнительный анализ уровня потребления консультативно-диагностических услуг в 4 временных интервалах: 1-до внедрения системы ОСМС, 2в период участия поликлиники в пилотном проекте МЗ РК внедрения системы ОСМС, 3 после внедрения системы и в период пандемии коронавирусной инфекции. Было показано увеличение уровня доступности консультативно-диагностических услуг с внедрением системы обязательного социального медицинского страхования. |
