Цифровая экономика России оказывает влияние на все отрасли и рынки экономики. Существуют различные препятствия к внедрению цифровых технологий и оценке их влияния на развитие экономики. В частности, по нескольким причинам затруднительно дать оценку влияния цифровизации на развитие товарных рынков, в том числе формирующихся на территории АЗРФ. К таким причинам относятся несформированность понятия товарный рынок, несовершенство существующих методик оценки влияния цифровизации на экономику. А для арктической зоны инфраструктурные факторы, обусловленные ее особенностями. The digital economy of Russia has an impact on all sectors and markets of the economy. There are various obstacles to the introduction of digital technologies and assessing their impact on economic development. In particular, for several reasons it is difficult to assess the impact of digitalization on the development of commodity markets, including commodity markets emerging in the Russian Arctic. Such reasons include the immaturity of the concept of a commodity market, the imperfection of existing methods for assessing the impact of digitalization on the economy. And for the Arctic zone, infrastructural factors determined by its characteristics. |
