| Description: | This article examines the theoretical aspects of the interaction and mutual influence of various types of social norms with law from the perspective of social philosophy. The evolution and transformation of different types and forms of social life have inevitably led to significant changes in the system of social regulation. Some types of social norms have disappeared from the historical stage, while new ones have emerged, leading to inevitable changes in their relationships, interconnections, and forms of interaction, as well as in their content, role, and significance within the overall system of social regulators, and the mechanisms of their implementation, etc. В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты взаимодействия и взаимовлияния различных видов социальных норм с правом с точки зрения социальной философии. Эволюция и смена различных типов и форм социальной жизни с необходимостью приводили к значительным изменениям и в системе общественной регуляции. Сходили с исторической сцены одни и появлялись новые виды социальных норм, при этом неизбежно изменялись соотношение, взаимосвязи и формы их взаимодействия, содержание, роль и значение в общей системе общественных регуляторов, механизмы их реализации и т. д. |
