В работе изучено влияние растительных экстрактов шалфея лекарственного и гинкго двулопастного на когнитивные процессы крыс-самцов. Оценивали влияние биологически активных веществ экстрактов на закономерности исследовательского поведения и уровень тревожности, формирование памятного следа, изменение паттернов поведения крыс в состоянии отчаяния. Экстракты стимулировали когнитивную функцию у крыс, что выражалось в улучшении обучения пассивному избеганию и сохранении памятного следа после обучения, усиливали паттерны исследовательского поведения на фоне снижения уровня тревожности. БАВ гинкго двулопастного проявляли наибольшие антидепрессивные эффекты. In this work, the influence of plant extracts of sage officinalis and ginkgo biloba on the cognitive processes of male rats was studied. The influence of biologically active substances of the extracts on the patterns of exploratory behavior and the level of anxiety, the formation of a memorable trace, and changes in behavior patterns of rats in a state of despair were evaluated. The extracts stimulated cognitive function in rats, which was reflected in the improvement of passive avoidance learning and the retention of a memory trace after learning, enhanced patterns of exploratory behavior against the background of a decrease in anxiety levels. BAS ginkgo biloba showed the greatest antidepressant effects. |
