| Description: | Первичной медико-санитарной помощи в современных социально-экономических условиях уделяется особое внимание. Данный вид медицинской помощи составляет большую часть объема всей системы здравоохранения нашей страны, но наименее дорогостоящую по сравнению со стационарной. Внедрение стационарозамещающих технологий в практику медицинских организаций как амбулаторного, так и стационарного типов является безусловным преимуществом развития отечественного здравоохранения. Дневной стационар является промежуточным звеном между амбулаторной и стационарной сетью. Дневные стационары в нашей стране появились сравнительно недавно, однако получили значительное развитие с позиции наибольшей медицинской, социально и экономической эффективности лечения пациентов по сравнению с круглосуточными стационарами при одинаковых условиях. По мнению многих авторов, есть еще одно обстоятельство, которое заключается в наиболее выраженной медицинской, социальной и экономической эффективности при лечении пациентов в условиях дневного стационара по сравнению с круглосуточным. Вместе с тем события последних лет, в условиях распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции, отчетливо доказали наибольшую актуальность и важнейшее значение дневных стационаров при лечении плановых пациентов в связи с перепрофилированием большей части круглосуточных стационаров в инфекционный профиль. Указанные обстоятельства послужили поводом для последующей оценки эффективности деятельности и совершенствования дневного стационара в современных условиях. Интенсивное современное развитие отечественного здравоохранения, особенно первичного звена, способствует появлению новых терминов и понятий. С этой целью на основании изученной специализированной литературы и опыта оказания медицинской помощи впервые дано определение понятию «симультанные мероприятия в условиях дневного стационара». Сформулированное понятие «симультанные мероприятия в условиях дневного стационара» заключает в себе все основные аспекты реализации процесса оказания медицинской помощи в условиях дневного стационара медицинских организаций, оказывающих первичной медико-санитарной помощи. Можно полагать, что в современных условиях новая терминология может послужить основой для оценки доступности и качества первичной медико-санитарной помощи, оказываемой пациентам с коморбидной патологией в условиях дневного стационара. Primary healthcare in modern socio-economic conditions is given special attention. This type of medical care accounts for a large part of the volume of the entire healthcare system of our country, but is the least expensive compared to inpatient care. The introduction of hospital substitution technologies in the practice of medical organizations of both outpatient and inpatient types is an undoubted advantage of the development of domestic healthcare. Day hospital is an intermediate link between the outpatient and inpatient network. Day hospitals in our country have appeared relatively recently, but have received significant development from the position of the greatest medical, social and economic efficiency of treatment of patients compared to 24-hour hospitals under the same conditions. According to many authors, there is another factor, which is the most pronounced medical, social and economic efficiency in the treatment of patients in the conditions of a day hospital compared to a round-the-clock hospital. At the same time, the events of recent years, in the conditions of the spread of a new coronavirus infection, have clearly proved the greatest relevance and the most important importance of day hospitals in the treatment of planned patients in connection with the re-profiling of most of the round-the-clock hospitals in the infectious disease profile. These circumstances have served as a reason for further evaluation of the effectiveness of activity and improvement of day hospital in modern conditions. The intensive modern development of domestic health care, especially primary care, contributes to the emergence of new terms and concepts. For this aim, on the basis of the studied specialized literature and the experience of medical care, the definition of the concept of "simultaneous activities in the day care hospital" is given for the first time. The formulated concept of "simultaneous measures in the conditions of day hospital" includes all the main aspects of the implementation of the process of medical care in the conditions of day hospital of medical organizations providing primary healthcare. It can be assumed that in modern conditions, the new terminology can serve as a basis for assessing the availability and quality of primary health care provided to patients with comorbid pathology in day care.
