Актуальность данной проблемы обусловлена востребованностью современных знаний адаптации инструментария мониторинга социально-экономического развития регионов, с учетом изменяющихся условий, влияющих на создание и работу высокотехнологичных предприятий в регионах. Значения современных знаний адаптации отличаются тем, что они раскрывают возможности преобразования и использования инструментария адаптации в постоянно изменяющейся среде и показывают возможности планирования результатов, в целях повышения эффективности работы регионов. К этим условиям, в первую очередь, относятся: развитие многополярного мироустройства; рост числа, масштабов, разнообразия санкционного давления на территории и предприятия, вытесняющего добросовестную конкурентную ведения производственной деятельности; отставание квалификации специалистов от глобальных трендов цифровизации; недостаточная готовность персонала работать на опережение грядущих изменений. Приспособление инструментария адаптации социально-экономического развития регионов к формирующимся условиям их жизнедеятельности, является актуальной научно-практической задачей, позволяющей повысить эффективность функционирования регионов. The relevance of this problem is due to the demand for modern knowledge of adaptation of tools for monitoring the socio-economic development of regions, considering the changing conditions that affect the creation and operation of high-tech enterprises in the regions. The meanings of modern adaptation knowledge are different in that they reveal the possibilities of transforming and using adaptation tools in a constantly changing environment and show the possibilities of planning results in order to improve the efficiency of regions. These conditions, first of all, include: the development of a multipolar world order; an increase in the number, scale, and diversity of sanctions pressure on territories and enterprises, displacing conscientious competitive conduct of production activities; lagging behind the qualifications of specialists from global digitalization trends; insufficient willingness of staff to work ahead of the coming changes. Adapting the tools for adapting the socio-economic development of regions to the emerging conditions of their life is an urgent scientific and practical task that makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the functioning of regions. |
