Бухгалтерский учет выступает на современном этапе неотъемлемым компонентом в деятельности любой организации, независимо от ее профиля и направления деятельности. Он затрагивает все аспекты организации финансовых вопросов, формирования представления о базовых тенденциях в финансовом положении компании, в том числе корректного использования имеющихся в распоряжении ресурсов. Особенно важен и интересен вопрос организации бухгалтерского учета, документооборота в складской деятельности организации. Это детерминируется тем, что за счет корректно налаженной работы с имеющимися ресурсами в организации можно управлять и дебиторской задолженностью, не допускать ее роста, контролировать вопросы оптимального соотношения кредиторской задолженности, а также распоряжаться ресурсами и материалами максимально выгодно. В настоящее время не всегда в организациях уделяется особое внимание вопросу корректного налаживания работы по складскому учету и документообороту, что снижает эффективность работы компаний и их конкурентоспособность. В то же время специфика деятельности складских структурных подразделений в организациях приводит к необходимости применения специализированных форм отчетности финансового (бухгалтерского) характера, применения специализированных средств электронного документооборота (в рамках общей системы электронного документооборота организации), а это не всегда применяется в компаниях на современном этапе и учитывается при разработке системы бухгалтерского учета и его закрепления в учетной политике предприятия. Имеющиеся в настоящее время проблемы в сфере организации бухгалтерского учета и документооборота в рамках складского хозяйства организаций актуализируют дальнейшее изучение вопроса и поиск альтернативного механизма налаживания корректной работы. At the present stage, accounting is an integral component in the activities of any organization, regardless of its profile and direction of activity. It affects all aspects of the organization of financial issues in the organization, the formation of an understanding of the basic trends in the financial position of the company, including the correct use of available resources. Particularly important and interesting is the issue of organizing accounting, document flow in the warehouse activities of the organization. This is determined by the fact that due to the correctly adjusted work with the available resources in the organization, it is possible to manage the accounts receivable, prevent its growth, control the issues of the optimal ratio of accounts payable, and also dispose of resources and materials as profitably as possible. Currently, organizations do not always pay special attention to the issue of correct organization of work on warehouse accounting and document flow, which reduces the efficiency of companies and their competitiveness. At the same time, the specifics of the activities of warehouse structural divisions in organizations leads to the need to use specialized forms of reporting of a financial (accounting) nature, the use of specialized electronic document management tools (within the general electronic document management system of the organization), and this is not always used in companies at the present stage and is taken into account in the development of an accounting system and its consolidation in the accounting policy of the enterprise. The current problems in the field of organizing accounting and document circulation within the warehouse management of organizations are currently actualizing the further study of the issue and the search for an alternative mechanism for establishing correct work. |
