| Description: | The article considers fundamental questions for the study of the method of modeling the educational and speech situation in the formation of speech competence about the goals and content of teaching a foreign language according to the Federal State Educational Standard from the standpoint of a competence-based approach; features and methods of teaching foreign language speech activity within the framework of a personal-activity approach. The method of modeling educational and speech situations in a foreign language lesson is considered as one of the ways to form the oral speech competence of students. Separately, speech competence is considered as part of foreign language communicative competence, which largely determines the general level of students’ knowledge of a foreign language. Thus, speech competence is the ability to use a foreign language functionally in all four types of speech activity. В статье рассмотрены фундаментальные для исследования метода моделирования учебно-речевой ситуации при формировании речевой компетенции вопросы о целях и содержании обучения иностранному языку согласно ФГОС с позиций компетентностного подхода; особенностях и способах обучения иноязычной речевой деятельности в рамках личностно-деятельностного похода. Рассмотрен метод моделирования учебно-речевых ситуаций на уроке иностранного языка как один из способов формирования устной речевой компетенции обучающихся. Отдельно была рассмотрена речевая компетенция как часть иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции, определяющая во многом общий уровень владения обучающимися иностранным языком. Так, речевая компетенция – это способность к функциональному использованию иностранного языка во всех четырех видах речевой деятельности. |
