| Description: | The article is devoted to the consideration of the main direction of the state social policy implemented through the activities of the Social Fund of Russia, which has become the receiver of two state extra-budgetary funds the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the Social Insurance Fund of Russia. The author identifies the key results of combining these funds into a single SFR, which was a natural step towards the effective functioning of one of the directions of state policy in the social sphere implemented by federal executive authorities. A brief analysis of the first years of the Foundation’s activity as the main tool for the implementation of state social policy in relation to certain categories of the population is given. Статья посвящена рассмотрению основного направления государственной социальной политики, реализуемого с помощью деятельности Социального фонда России, ставшего приемником двух государственных внебюджетных фондов Пенсионного фонда РФ и Фонда социального страхования РФ. Автором определены ключевые результаты объединения данных фондов в единый СФР, что явилось закономерным этапом на пути эффективного функционирования одного из направлений государственной политики в социальной сфере, осуществляемого федеральными органами исполнительной власти. Дается краткий анализ первых лет деятельности Фонда, как основного инструмента реализации государственной социальной политики в отношении отдельных категорий населения. |
