We present Volume III of the Causal Response Framework: the complete constructive program deriving gravity, quantum mechanics, and the Standard Model from four postulates about objective quantum collapse. The observable universe is identified as a codimension-1 crystallization front nucleating within a higher-dimensional bulk. Three master equations — the Slice (gravitational sector), the Tick (measurement sector), and the String (matter sector) — encode the complete physics of the boundary with zero free parameters. The framework is confronted with data across domains: 175 SPARC galaxy rotation curves (94.9% improved over baryonic-only predictions under the dynamic closure), Planck CMB parameters, DESI Year 1 BAO, SH0ES local distance ladder, and collider-scale observables. Quantitative predictions include Ω_DE = 0.6835 (Planck: 0.685 ± 0.007), H₀ = 73.7 km/s/Mpc (SH0ES: 73.04 ± 1.04), g = 1.21 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s² (McGaugh+: 1.20 ± 0.02 × 10⁻¹⁰), α_s = 0.11803 (PDG: 0.1179 ± 0.0009), sin²θ_W = 0.231 (PDG: 0.23122), the CKM phase δ = 65.9° (CKMfitter: 65.4 ± 3.0°), all three PMNS mixing angles (within 0.4σ), the muon anomalous magnetic moment (within 0.02σ), the baryon asymmetry η_B = 6.1 × 10⁻¹⁰ (Planck+BBN: 6.14 ± 0.19 × 10⁻¹⁰), three fermion generations from the Jackiw-Rebbi index theorem, and the strong CP angle θ_QCD = 0 without an axion. Three novel predictions are confirmed: environment-dependent mass discrepancy in the MaNGA survey (ρ = −0.18, p = 2 × 10⁻⁵), morphology-dependent interpolation functions in SPARC (Anderson-Darling = 157, p = 0.001), and directional failure asymmetry (23/23 equilibrium failures are overpredictions). The collapse operator is unique (21 candidates eliminated by exhaustion), the Born rule is derived as a martingale convergence theorem, and the classical limit is crystallization. All precision predictions are within 0.6σ of observed values. 180 pages, 32 figures, 36 chapters.
