| Description: | The effects of non-adiabaticity during structural transformations in solids caused by a rapid change in external conditions have been studied theoretically. The rearrangement of the ionic subsystem is considered in the approximation of a sudden change in the frequencies and equilibrium positions of the corresponding oscillators. An estimate of the energy emitted by the volume of a ferroelectric upon its polarization reversal by rapid switching on of an external field is discussed. The reality of obtaining high-power pulsed radio emission during instantaneous structural transformations in crystals is shown. Теоретически исследованы эффекты неадиабатичности при структурных превращениях в твердых телах, вызываемых быстрым изменением внешних условий. Перестройка ионной подсистемы рассмотрена в приближении внезапного изменения частот и равновесных положений соответствующих осцилляторов. Обсуждается оценка энергии, излучаемой объемом сегнетоэлектрика при его переполяризации быстрым включением внешнего поля. Показана реальность получения мощного импульсного радиоизлучения при мгновенных структурных превращениях в кристаллах. |
