Статья посвящена проблеме устранения дисбаланса между уровнем компетентности выпускников и потребностями динамично развивающегося регионального рынка труда. Предложена структура компетентностной модели выпускника вуза. Разработан жизненный цикл формирования компетенций, рассмотрены мероприятия по взаимодействию вузов с работодателями на каждом из этапов жизненного цикла. Результаты исследования могут быть учтены при разработке программ развития высшего образования и высших образовательных учреждений. The article is devoted to the problem of eliminating the imbalance between the level of competence of graduates and the needs of the dynamically developing regional labor market. The structure of the competence model of a university graduate is proposed. The life cycle of the formation of competencies has been developed, measures for interaction between universities and employers at each stage of the life cycle have been considered. The research results can be taken into account when developing programs for the development of higher education and higher educational institutions. |
