Description: This project explores the adoption, integration, and impact of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) in curriculum design within the context of private higher education institutions. As Gen AI technologies such as ChatGPT reshape knowledge production and disrupt traditional approaches to assessment, this project investigates how private providers, often more agile than their public counterparts, are adapting to, experimenting with, or resisting these emerging tools. A key feature of this exploration includes the use of the authentic assessment design, labelled Scenario Generator, a structured academic tool designed to support educators in creating robust, real-world aligned assessment tasks. The generator facilitates the design of scenarios, helping to uphold academic integrity while enhancing student engagement.
