В статье предложена система показателей, состоящая из четырех блоков и характеризующая высшее образования в Российской Федерации. Произведен анализ изменения основных показателей высшего образования (числа высших учебных заведений и их филиалов; площади зданий; численности обучающихся; численности иностранных студентов; численности преподавателей; среднего балла Единого государственного экзамена; средней стоимости обучения и объема государственных расходов на высшее образование) с помощью базисных, цепных и средних показателей динамики. На основе выявленных закономерностей изменения рассматриваемых показателей построены эконометрические модели и произведен расчет перспективных значений показателей развития высшего образования в стране. The article proposes a system of indicators, consisting of four blocks and characterizing higher education in the Russian Federation. The analysis of the change in the main indicators of higher education (the number of higher education institutions and their branches; the area of buildings; the number of students; the number of foreign students; the number of teachers; the average score of the Unified State Examination; the average cost of education and the amount of public spending on higher education) is carried out chain and average indicators of dynamics. On the basis of the identified patterns of change in the indicators under consideration, econometric models were built and the calculation of the prospective values of indicators of the development of higher education in the country was made. |
