| Περιγραφή: | The article discusses the typology of efficiency and methods of its assessment, as well as topical problems in the field of improving the assessment of the effectiveness of the organization. An overview and generalization of the main types of efficiency are made: economic, external, internal, market, target, production and personnel. It was determined that the concept of efficiency is similar to the concept of "vector": the direction of the organization's development characterizes the direction of the result of actions - efficiency is positive or negative, and the magnitude of the vector is the absolute size, effect, planned or obtained result of actions. Methods for assessing the level of economic efficiency of an organization are determined: assessment by indicators, assessment of indicators of financial and economic activity, assessment of financial results. В статье рассматриваются типология эффективности и методы её оценки, а также актуальные проблемы в сфере повышения оценки эффективности деятельности организации. Сделан обзор и обобщены основные виды эффективности: экономическая, внешняя, внутренняя, рыночная, целевая, производственная и кадровая. Определено, что понятие эффективности схоже с понятием «вектор»: направление развития организации характеризует направленность результата действий - эффективность положительная или отрицательная, а величина вектора - абсолютный размер, эффект, планируемый или полученный результат действий. Определены методы оценки уровня экономической эффективности организации: оценка по индикаторам, оценка показателей финансовой и хозяйственной деятельности, оценка финансового результата. |
