В статье анализируется концепция стоимостного управления организацией, ее ключевые принципы. Эволюция концепции рассмотрена с точки зрения отношений компании с ее заинтересованными лицами и с позиции структурных характеристик организации. В конечном итоге построена схема, систематизирующая аспекты стоимостного управления. The article analyzes the concept of value-based management of an organization, its key principles. The evolution of the concept is considered from the point of view of the relationship of the company with its stakeholders and from the position of the structural characteristics of the organization. In the end, a scheme is constructed that systematizes the aspects of value-based management. |
