| Description: | The institute of the secrecy of the conference of judges is one of the most important guarantees of the independence of a judge enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and its proper implementation is a guarantee of a legal decision on the case. However, the legislation does not disclose the concept of the secrecy of the meeting, and also does not contain clear conditions that ensure such secrecy. Институт тайны совещания судей является одной из наиболее важных гарантий независимости судьи закрепленной в Конституции Российской Федерации, а его надлежащая реализация является гарантией вынесения законного решения по делу. Однако законодательство не раскрывает понятия тайны совещания, а также не содержит четких условий, обеспечивающих такую тайну. |
