Совершенствование воспитательной деятельности педагогического коллектива суворовских военных училищ Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации (далее - СВУ МВД России) является традиционной задачей, усилившей свою актуальность в условиях дегуманизации социальных отношений, нарушения связей между поколениями, ростом потребительства и утилитаризма. Этот вызов определил необходимость поиска адекватных методологических оснований, позволяющих удерживать ориентиры гуманизации, гуманитаризации, развития человеческого потенциала, нейтрализовать риск разнородности уровня подготовки воспитывающих взрослых, осуществлять отбор форм объединения начальствующего состава и педагогических работников для осуществления совместной воспитательной деятельности и методов подготовки к ней. В статье описана модель подготовки начальствующего состава и педагогических работников СВУ МВД России к совместной воспитательной деятельности, основанная на гуманитарно-антропологическом подходе. Ее спецификой является определение двух направлений подготовки - самоорганизационного, создающего условия для развития продуктивной формы объединения воспитывающих взрослых для совместной воспитательной деятельности - сообщества воспитателей, а также образовательного, реализующего взаимодополнение триады видов непрерывного образования (формального, неформального и информального). Критерии результативности подготовки отражают амбивалетность совместной воспитательной деятельности: необходимость развития индивидуальных субъектов и группового воспитательной деятельности. Автором описаны итоги экспериментальной работы, проводившейся в Читинском СВУ МВД России в виде реализации программы подготовки начальствующего состава и педагогических работников к совместной воспитательной деятельности. Эксперимент показал высокий потенциал гуманитарно-антропологического подхода при решении задач подготовки воспитывающих взрослых к совместной деятельности, сверхзадачей которой является самоопределение обучающихся в профессии полицейского как профессии, основанной на ценностях служения народу. Improving the educational activities of the teaching staff of the Suvorov Military Schools of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the SMS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia) is a traditional task that has increased its relevance in the context of the dehumanization of social relations, the disruption of ties between generations, the growth of consumerism and utilitarianism. This challenge determined the need to search for adequate methodological foundations that allow us to maintain the guidelines for humanization, humanitarization, human development, neutralize the risk of heterogeneity in the level of training of educators, select forms of association of commanding staff and teachers for joint educational activities and methods of preparation for it. The article describes a model of training the commanding staff and pedagogical workers of the SMS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for joint educational activities, based on a humanitarian-anthropological approach. Its specificity is the definition of two areas of training - self-organizing, creating conditions for the development of a productive form of association of educators for joint educational activities - a community of educators, as well as educational, realizing the complementarity of the triad of types of continuous education (formal, non-formal and informal). The criteria for the effectiveness of training reflect the ambivalence of joint educational activities: the need for the development of individual subjects and group educational activities. The author describes the results of the experimental work carried out in the Chita SMS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the form of the implementation of a training program for commanding staff and teachers for joint educational activities. The experiment showed the high potential of the humanitarian-anthropological approach in solving the problems of preparing educating adults for joint activities, the overriding task of which is the self-determination of students in the police profession as a profession based on the values of serving the people. |
