| Description: | Монументальное строительство на северо-востоке Руси начинается на рубеже XI XII вв. Сведения об этом событии содержатся в составе Киево-Печерского патерика и говорят о том, что образцом для строительства вСуздале иРостове послужил собор Киево-Печерского монастыря. Исследования 1990-х гг. позволили дополнить наше представление остроительной истории этих двух памятников идоказать ранее ставившуюся под сомнение версию о тождественности плановых решений соборов в Суздале иРостове плану собора Киево-Печерского монастыря. In the North-East of Russia, construction of monumental churches begins at the turn of the th century. The Kiev-Pechersky Paterikon reports that the cathedral at Kievs Cave Monastery served as a model for those erected in Suzdal and Rostov. The studies undertaken in 1990s, however, allowed us to expand our view of these two churches construction history, bringing fresh proof to the previously questioned hypothesis that the layouts of the Suzdal and Rostov cathedrals are indeed identical to that of the Assumption Cathedral, Kiev Pechersk monastery |
