The contribution deals with the main trends of personality socialization in the modern climate of social digitalization. The relevance of the study is accounted for by the need for the basic tendencies analysis of the personality socialization. The trends under study are related to current conditions of the digital transformation of social practices, evaluation of the new phenomena and processes of personality socialization. The methods applied include theoretical analysis, synthesis, classification and evaluation of information, found in previous researches. The four main trends have been singled out, among them are modification of socialization institutions and its new agents emergence, changes in the worldview and beliefs of one’s own place in the world, modification of the highest mental functions (mainly cognitive processes), and transformation of communication processes. Based on the analysis of the trends mentioned above, the conclusions about the positive and negative aspects of digital transformation influence on processes of personality socialization have been made. The prospects of studying this phenomenon in the context of "the new norm" are outlined. |
