Статья посвящено изучению уровня инновационного развития, как в целом Российской Федерации, так и Центрального федерального округа, являющемуся локомотивом развития России. В данной статье исследована инновационная безопасность по показателю «затраты на технологические инновации» на основе трех ключевых методов. Анализ произведен на основе статистической информации, нормативно-правового поля, институционального регулирования и уровня социальноэкономического развития территорий. На основе проведенного исследования сформулированы выводы об уровне инновационной безопасности и об угрозах ее обеспечения. One of the main indicators of the level of innovation development is the cost of technological innovation, since they reflect the level of equipment of the real sector of the economy with more high-tech fixed assets. This article analyzes innovative security of this indicator both in Russia as a whole and in the Central Federal District, which is very advanced. The analysis was carried out on the basis of statistical information, regulatory and legal framework, institutional regulation and the level of socio-economic development of territories. |
