Description:	Системные васкулиты - большая группа сравнительно редко встречающихся тяжелых полиорганных заболеваний, обусловленных течением аутоиммунного процесса, приводящего к развитию воспаления в сосудистой стенке. Ранняя и своевременная диагностика системного васкулита в большинстве случаев является сложной задачей ввиду стремительного развития заболевания и множества вариантов клинической картины. Описанный случай демонстрирует симптоматику, диагностический поиск, особенности манифестации заболевания в виде деструктивного поражения легких, лечение ANCA - ассоциированного гранулематоза с полиангиитом у девочки - подростка. Systemic vasculitis is a large group of relatively rare severe multiple organ diseases caused by an autoimmune process leading to the development of inflammation in the vascular wall. Early and timely diagnosis of systemic vasculitis in most cases is a difficult task due to the rapid development of the disease and many variants of the clinical pattern. The described case demonstrates the symptoms, diagnostic search, features of the manifestation of the disease in the form of destructive lung damage, treatment of ANCA-associated granulomatosis with polyangiitis in a teenage girl.
