В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы России в рыбохозяйственном комплексе первой четверти 21 века. В работе утверждается, что один из показателей продовольственной безопасности-потребление рыбы (и рыбопродуктов), может стать целевым индикатором планирования ресурсного потенциала РХК РФ, своего рода критерием национальной безопасности страны в XXI веке. Рассматриваются особенности снабжения населения рыбопродукцией и перспективы развития рыбохозяйственного комплекса нашей страны. Анализируются как положительные, так и отрицательные тенденции частных и общих изменений в сфере отношений государства, производителей и потребителей. Выводы и предложения, сделанные в статье, могут быть полезны политикам, ученым, экономистам и специалистам в сфере рыбного хозяйства. The article deals with the actual problems of Russia in the fishery complex of the first quarter of the 21st century. The paper argues that one of the indicators of food security, the consumption of fish (and fish products), can become a target indicator for planning the resource potential of the RCC of the Russian Federation, a kind of criterion for the country's national security in the 21st century. The features of supplying the population with fish products and the prospects for the development of the fishery complex of our country are considered. Both positive and negative tendencies of private and general changes in the sphere of relations between the state, producers and consumers are analyzed. The conclusions and suggestions made in the article may be useful to politicians, scientists, economists and specialists in the field of fisheries. |
