Закупочная деятельность вертикально-интегрированных компаний достаточно обширна и сложна. Для эффективной работы компании нужны профессионалы закупочной деятельности, умеющие не только проводить оперативные закупки, но и осуществлять мониторинг и контроль стоимости материально-технических ресурсов. В условиях введения западных санкций наряду с вопросами снабжения остро встают вопросы контроля цен подрядчиков и поставщиков на различных этапах закупочной деятельности. В статье рассмотрена современная практика оценки стоимости материально-технических ресурсов на этапах определения сметной стоимости работ, контроля цен на материалы при оценке технико-коммерческих предложений участников отбора, оценки стоимости материалов при сопровождении контрактов. Рассмотрены проблемы обоснования стоимости материалов на различных этапах закупочной деятельности и предложены подходы, позволяющие сделать эту оценку более эффективной и достоверной. The procurement activities of vertically integrated companies are quite extensive and complex. To work effectively, the company needs procurement professionals who are able not only to conduct operational purchases, but also to monitor and control the cost of material and technical resources. In the context of the introduction of Western sanctions, along with supply issues, the issues of price control of contractors and suppliers at various stages of procurement activities are becoming acute. The article considers the modern practice of estimating the cost of material and technical resources at the stages of determining the estimated cost of work, controlling the prices of materials when evaluating technical and commercial proposals of the selection participants, estimating the cost of materials when supporting contracts. The problems of substantiating the cost of materials at various stages of procurement activities are considered and approaches are proposed to make this assessment more effective and reliable. |
