Проанализированы сделки Oracle-Cerner, Microsoft-Nuance Communications Inc., Uber-Postmates. Сделан вывод о благоприятных перспективах мирового рынка слияний и поглощений. The article considers the global picture of mergers and acquisitions, as well as studied in detail individual industries where this process took place most actively. The deals of Oracle-Cerner, Microsoft-Nuance Communications Inc., Uber-Postmates were analyzed. The conclusion is made about flourish promises for the global market of mergers and acquisitions. |
