Статья посвящена проблеме совершенствования системы мотивации труда в рамках хозяйственной деятельности муниципального унитарного предприятия «Водоканал». Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью повышения управленческой эффективности предприятия в связи с высокой степенью текучести руководящих кадров и рабочей силы основных производственных подразделений. Концепция разработанного по результатам исследования организационно-экономического механизма управления мотивацией может стать основой для принятия управленческих решений на предприятиях с унитарной организационно-правовой формой. This article is devoted to the problem of improving the system of labor motivation in the framework of the economic activities of the municipal unitary enterprise «Vodokanal». The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the managerial efficiency of the enterprise in connection with the high degree of turnover of management personnel and the workforce of the main production units. The concept of the organizational and economic mechanism of motivation management developed based on the results of the study can become the basis for making managerial decisions at enterprises with a unitary organizational and legal form. |
