В статье представлено исследование процесса формирования системы комплементарных компетенций в научно-образовательном кластере. Под комплементарными компетенциями понимается формирование в рамках образовательного процесса такого набора компетенций у обучающегося, которые через свойство взаимного дополнения расширяют возможности использования трудового потенциала работника, минимизируя адаптационные издержки встраивания в трудовой процесс молодых специалистов и усиливая возможности проявления синергетического эффекта от взаимодействия обучающегося и производственного процесса. The article presents a study of the process of forming a system of complementary competencies in a scientific and educational cluster. Under the complementary competence refers to the formation within the educational process such a set of competences student, who through the property of mutual additions expand the possibilities of use of labor potential of the specialist to minimize the adaptation costs of integration into the labour market of young professionals and increasing the possibilities of synergetic effect from interaction of the student and of the production process. |
