Введение. В статье обоснована актуальность исследования национальной речевой коммуникации на базе педагогического университета в условиях развития международных связей; представлены направления работы в образовательных учреждениях по проблеме продвижения русского языка как языка образования и науки, освоения русского как родного и иностранного. Цель статьи − изучение специфики русской речевой коммуникации в условиях полиэтнического региона в синхронии и диахронии. Материалы и методы. В исследовании используются методы описательный и сопоставительный, совокупности приемов методики обучения русскому языку. Результаты. Изучены истоки языковых реалий уральского региона. Сделано научное обобщение опыта обучения русскому языку как родному и иностранному с учетом национальной и региональной специфики в разных учебных заведениях; представлена характеристика основных модулей курса лингвистического краеведения как эффективного способа формирования интереса к языку региона. Обсуждение. Новым и значимым для современного языкознания, коммуникативной стилистики является изучение региональных языковых реалий, меняющихся в зависимости от геополитических условий эпохи и влияющих на государственный литературный русский язык. Применение научных положений в практике обучения в современной школе и вузе позволяет вовлечь в процесс каждого учащегося (детей-мигрантов, билингвов, представителей малых народов РФ и т.д.). Заключение. Делается вывод о том, что разработанная программа лингвистического краеведения на Южном Урале будет способствовать развитию интереса к русскому языку как языку образования и науки в России, поможет освоить русский как родной и иностранный. Основные положения: – изучены и описаны изменения в языковой ситуации, возникшие в новых геополитических условиях (миграция населения, появление новых этнических групп, необходимость обучения мигрантов и детей мигрантов русскому языку, политика санкционирования и др.); – проведено научное обобщение опыта обучения русскому языку как родному и иностранному с учетом национальной и региональной специфики в разных учебных заведениях; – представлены эффективные модули для изучения лингвистического краеведения на Южном Урале в школе и вузе. Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the study of national speech communication on the basis of a pedagogical university in the context of the development of international relations; presents the directions of work in educational institutions on the promotion of the Russian language as the language of education and science, the development of Russian as a native and foreign. The purpose of the article is to study the specifics of Russian speech communication in a multiethnic region in synchrony and diachrony. Materials and methods. The study uses descriptive and comparative methods, combination of techniques for teaching the Russian language. Results. Studied the sources of the linguistic realities of the Ural region. Made a scientific generalization of the experience of teaching Russian as a native and foreign language, taking into account national and regional specifics in different educational institutions; Presented the characteristic of the main modules of linguistic study of local lore as an effective way of forming interest in the language of the region. Discussion. New and significant for modern linguistics, communicative stylistics is the study of regional linguistic realities, changing depending on the geopolitical conditions of the era and affecting the state literary Russian language.
