| Περιγραφή: | The purpose of the study is to identify and disclose the prospects for the development of the Russian crowdfunding market using concession agreements. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of analysis, observation, synthesis and expert assessments, as well as the logical method. The use of these methods allowed us to study the current state of the Russian crowdfunding market, on the basis of which we can conclude that it is advisable to apply concession agreements from the point of view of achieving an increase in the number of investment platform operators and active investment recipients. This conclusion is supported by the advantages, disadvantages, risks and peculiarities of using concession agreements in the crowdfunding market, on the basis of which the authors proposed practical recommendations for the implementation of concession projects that contribute to the progressive development of the Russian crowdfunding market in the future. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the development of scientific foundations for the application of concession agreements in the crowdfunding market. The practical significance of the study is related to the possibility of using the results obtained when making decisions to ensure the effective development of the crowdfunding market using concession agreements. В статье рассматриваются концессионные соглашения. Цель исследования — определить и раскрыть перспективы развития российского рынка краудфандинга с использованием концессионных соглашений. Методологическую базу работы составляют методы анализа, наблюдения, синтеза и экспертных оценок, а также логический метод. С их помощью изучено современное состояние российского рынка краудфандинга и сделан вывод о целесообразности применения концессионных соглашений для увеличения количества операторов инвестиционных платформ и активных реципиентов инвестиций. Выделены их преимущества, недостатки, риски и особенности, даны практические рекомендации по реализации концессионных проектов, способствующих поступательному развитию рынка краудфандинга. Теоретическая значимость исследования обусловлена развитием научных принципов применения концессионных соглашений на рынке краудфандинга, а практическая — возможностью воплощения полученных результатов в жизнь. |
