В данной статье оценивается эффективность и отдача инноваций через призму затрат от инновационной деятельности в строительных предприятиях. Рассмотрен процесс управления инновационными затратами на строительном предприятии. Разработан инструментарий оценки типа инновационных возможностей строительных предприятий, на основе балансового метода. По предложенной методике определен тип инновационных возможностей, на примере строительного предприятия «ПИК-специализированный застройщик». This article evaluates the effectiveness and return of innovations through the prism of costs from innovation activities in construction enterprises. The process of managing innovative costs at a construction enterprise is considered. A toolkit for assessing the type of innovative capabilities of construction enterprises based on the balance method has been developed. According to the proposed methodology, the type of innovative opportunities has been determined, on the example of the construction enterprise "PIK-specialized developer". |
