В статье рассмотрен вопрос о внедрении в производство инновационных технологий для добычи углеводородов (УВ). Инновационная деятельность нефтегазовой отрасли имеет совершенно конкретную направленность и организационные формы реализации, среди которых ведущую роль играют инвестиционное проектирование разработки и освоение месторождений УВ. Приведены особенности инновационной политики нефтегазодобывающих компаний (НГДК) при добыче УВ, направленной на создание и внедрение новых технологий, соответствующих мировым стандартам. Отмечено, что в соответствии с особенностями нефтегазодобычи для реализации данной политики требуются соответствующие финансовые, кадровые и материальные ресурсы, позволяющие довести нововведения от начальной стадии инновационного процесса (НИОКР) до организации серийного производства и внедрения. Изложены подходы эффективного управления реализацией стратегии инвестиционноинновационной деятельности в НГДК, необходимости проведения анализа технологического аудита. Для количественной оценки параметров приведены результаты SWOTанализа деятельности НГДК с определением сильных и слабых сторон возможности и угрозы компании при инновационной деятельности. The article addresses the issue of introducing innovative technologies for the production of hydrocarbons. The innovation activity of oil and gas industry has a very specifi c direction and organizational forms of implementation, among which the leading part is played by investment design and development of hydrocarbon fi elds. The features of the innovation policy of oil and gas production companies for extraction of hydrocarbons aimed at the creation and introduction of new technologies that meet international standards are given. It was noted that, in accordance with the peculiarities of oil and gas production, the implementation of this policy requires appropriate fi nancial, human and material resources to bring innovations from the initial stages of innovation process (R AND D) to the organization of mass production and adoption. Approaches of the effective management of the investment and innovation activities strategy adoption by oil and gas production companies, the need for technological audit analysis are described. For a quantitative assessment of the parameters, SWOTanalysis results of oil and gas production companies activities with the determination of strengths and weaknesses are given opportunities and risks for the company innovation activity. |
