В настоящей статье мы рассмотрим политику Соединенных Штатов Америки при урегулировании кризисов и предупреждению банкротств кредитных и коммерческих организаций. В рамках настоящего исследования мы рассмотрим становление законодательства США в области антикризисного управления, назовем наиболее популярные техники, которые используются правительством для сокращения числа банкротств в стране, приведем статистику по банкротству. In this article, we will consider the policy of the United States of America in dealing with crises and preventing bankruptcies of credit and commercial organizations. In the framework of this study, we will consider the formation of US legislation in the field of crisis management, name the most popular techniques that are used by the government to reduce the number of bankruptcies in the country, and provide statistics on bankruptcy. |
