В статье исследованы этапы становления кооперативной собственности в РФ в периоды советского времени, проведения радикальных рыночных реформ и современного этапа развития. Значительное внимание уделено перспективам развития кооперативной собственности в условиях обострения конкуренции с другими формами собственности путем восстановления доверия пайщиков, усиления их роли во владении, пользовании и распоряжении неделимыми и паевыми фондами. Выявлены имеющиеся проблемы и определены основные направления дальнейшего укрепления основ кооперативной собственности. The article examines the stages of the formation of cooperative property in the Russian Federation during the Soviet era, the implementation of radical market reforms and the current stage of development. Considerable attention is paid to the prospects for the development of cooperative property in the context of intensified competition with other forms of ownership by restoring the trust of shareholders, enhancing their role in the ownership, use and disposal of indivisible and mutual funds. The existing problems have been identified and the main directions for further strengthening the foundations of cooperative property have been identified. |
