| Description: | The modern world is full of people with vision problems, and many of them suffer from this disease all their lives. In addition, the number of children with congenital vision problems is growing every year. Therefore, we must pay attention to the existence of a special children’s edition with a relief-dot font, which is extremely relevant in our time. The work is interdisciplinary in nature, written at the intersection of pedagogy and journalism. In the article, we aim to identify the characteristic features of a periodical for the visually impaired and blind, as well as to develop a special printed magazine-type publication in Braille for children with profound visual impairments. The practical value of the project lies in the possibility of using the development of the journal in the Republican special (correctional) boarding school to create a favorable information environment and increase the reading activity of visually impaired and blind children. An important result of the research is that the magazine of a special printed publication will allow them to realize themselves in creativity and help in professional self-determination. Работа имеет междисциплинарный характер, написана на стыке педагогики и журналистики. В статье мы ставим перед собой цель выявить характерные особенности периодического издания для слабовидящих и незрячих, а также разработать специальное печатное издание журнального типа шрифтом Брайля для детей с глубокими нарушениями зрения. Актуальность темы заключается в отсутствии специального детского журнала с рельефно-точечным шрифтом при увеличении числа детей с проблемами зрения. Практическая ценность проекта заключается в возможности использования разработки журнала в Республиканской специальной (коррекционной) школе-интернате для создания благоприятной информационной среды и повышения читательской активности слабовидящих и незрячих детей. Важным результатом исследования является то, что журнал позволит им реализовать себя в творчестве и поможет в профессиональном самоопределении. |
