Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей протекания кризиса среднего возраста у начинающих предпринимателей. В статье рассмотрены особенности работы с клиентами – начинающими предпринимателями, через коучинговый подход, рассмотрены принципиальные отличительные черты работы при использовании этих двух подходов. Также рассмотрены разновидности направлений поддержки начинающих предпринимателей, присущие разным подходам. Понимание различий подходов помогает формировать индивидуальное отношение к клиенту – будущему предпринимателю и выстраивать программу работы в зависимости от его потребностей. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the course of the midlife crisis in novice entrepreneurs. The article discusses the features of working with clients – novice entrepreneurs through a coaching approach, considers the fundamental distinguishing features of work in these two approaches. Varieties of directions in different approaches to support start-up entrepreneurs are also considered. Understanding the diversity of approaches helps to form an individual attitude towards the client - the future entrepreneur and build a program of work depending on his needs. |
