| Περιγραφή: | В статье на основании анализа статистических данных деятельности ГИБДД МВД России и правового статуса участников административных правоотношений, регулируемых Кодексом РФ об административных правонарушениях, делается вывод о необходимости оптимизации правового статуса потерпевшего и лица, в отношении которого ведется производство по делу об административном правонарушении. The article, based on the analysis of statistical data on the activities of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the legal status of participants in administrative legal relations regulated by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, concludes that it is necessary to optimize the legal status of the victim and the person in respect of whom proceedings are being conducted on an administrative offense. |
