| Description: | The article discusses the issue of the procedure for cadastral valuation of land plots. The article indicates the factors that affect the calculation of indicators of the cadastral value of land for residential and public-business zones, as well as for the industrial zone and the zone of engineering and transport infrastructures. The authors pay attention to the situation when there is a discrepancy between cadastral and market prices. В статье рассмотрен вопрос процедуры кадастровой оценки земельных участков. В статье указываются факторы, которые влияют на расчет показателей кадастровой стоимости земли для жилой и общественно-деловой зон, а также для производственной зоны и зоны инженерной и транспортной инфраструктур. Авторы уделяют внимание ситуации, когда имеет место быть несоответствие цен кадастровых и рыночных. |
