В статье раскрыты позитивные и негативные факторы развития территорий Дальнего Востока и Арктики, проанализированы средние темпы роста освоения территорий Дальнего Востока и Арктики за период существования программы «Дальневосточный гектар» с 2016 года, наиболее популярные направления использования гектара и удельный вес регионов, которые выбрали участники программы «Дальневосточный гектар» на территории ДФО и Арктики. Исследованы проблемы транспортной инфраструктуры региона. Определены категории субъектов и проведен анализ программ развития ДФО и Арктики - «Дальневосточная ипотека» и «Единая субсидия». Также проведен анализ основных направлений и перспектив дальнейшего роста иностранных инвестиций на Дальнем Востоке. Исследованы проблемы и сделан акцент на важности подготовки и обеспечения кадровых потребностей дальневосточных территорий России. The article reveals positive and negative factors in the development of the territories of the Far East and the Arctic, analyzes the average growth rates in the development of the territories of the Far East and the Arctic over the period of the existence of the Far Eastern Hectare program since 2016, the most popular areas of use of hectares and the proportion of regions that were chosen by the participants of the Far Eastern Hectare program in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic. The problems of the transport infrastructure of the region have been investigated. The categories of subjects were determined and an analysis of the development programs of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic - "Far Eastern Mortgage" and "United Subsidy" was carried out. An analysis of the main directions and prospects for further growth of foreign investment in the Far East was also carried out. The problems were investigated and the emphasis was placed on the importance of preparing and ensuring the personnel needs of the Far Eastern territories of Russia. |
