В статье рассмотрены задачи, организационная структура координирующего звена, создаваемого в рамках логистической системы строительно-жилищного комплекса, предназначенного для регулирования потоков логистической системы с целью оптимизации потоков на «входе» и «выходе» логистической системы в процессе производства. Приведены функции внутренних подразделений координирующего звена, отличающиеся от большинства логистических центров, интегрированностью в проектируемую структуру логистической системы строительно-жилищного комплекса и способствующую регулированию процесса снабжения и производства на строительном объекте и направленную на своевременное завершение и сдачу объекта точно в срок. The article considers the tasks, the organizational structure of the coordinating link created within the framework of the logistics system of the construction and housing complex, designed to regulate the flows ofthe logistics system in order to optimize the flows at the «input» and «output» of the logistics system in the production process. The functions of the internal divisions of the coordinating link are given, which differ from most logistics centers by being integrated into the planned structure of the logistics system of the construction and housing complex and contributing to the regulation of the supply and production process at the construction siteand aimed at the timely completion and delivery of the facility just in time. |
