Инвестиционная активность промышленных предприятий играет важную роль в экономическом развитии государства. Под инвестиционной активностью понимается вложение в капитальные активы, такие как оборудование, технологические инновации и новые производственные мощности, что помогает улучшать показатели производства и повышать его эффективность. В современных условиях развитые страны являются основными источниками инвестиций в промышленность. Однако, в последние годы наблюдается увеличение инвестиционной активности в развивающихся странах. Это связано с увеличением доступности финансирования, а также с ростом потребности в промышленной продукции в этих странах. Другим важным фактором является развитие технологий и инфраструктуры, что позволяет предприятиям инвестировать в более эффективные проекты. Однако, в некоторых регионах наблюдаются значительные проблемы, связанные с низким уровнем инвестиционной привлекательности, такие как высокие уровни инфляции, нестабильность иных макроэкономических факторов, государственной и налоговой политики. Статья носит обзорно-аналитический характер. Представлена динамика инвестиций в основной капитал российскими предприятиями за период с 2010 г. по 2020 г., выявлена взаимосвязь между инвестиционной активностью предприятий, индексом промышленного производства и ВВП страны, дано авторское определение «инвестиционная активность предприятия». Определены факторы, влияющие на инвестиционную привлекательность отечественных промышленных компаний и сдерживающие приток иностранных инвестиций. The investment activity of industrial enterprises plays an important role in the economic development of the state. Investment activity is understood as investment in capital assets, such as equipment, technological innovations and new production facilities, which helps to improve production performance and increase its efficiency. In modern conditions, developed countries are the main sources of investment in industry. However, in recent years there has been an increase in investment activity in developing countries. This is due to the increased availability of financing, as well as the growing demand for industrial products in these countries. Another important factor is the development of technology and infrastructure, which allows enterprises to invest in more efficient projects. However, in some regions there are significant problems associated with a low level of investment attractiveness, such as high levels of inflation, instability of other macroeconomic factors, state and tax policy. The article is of a review and analytical nature. The dynamics of investments in fixed assets by Russian enterprises for the period from 2010 to 2020 is presented, the relationship between the investment activity of enterprises, the index of industrial production and the GDP of the country is revealed, the author's definition of "investment activity of the enterprise" is given. The factors influencing the investment attractiveness of domestic industrial companies and restraining the inflow of foreign investment are determined. |
