| Description: | Исследование посвящено теоретическим и практическим вопросам судебной экспертизы, назначаемой в рамках рассмотрения судами гражданских и арбитражных дел. Рассматриваются как общие проблемы, например, проблемы проведения экспертиз в негосударственных экспертных организациях, так и проблемы конкретных родов судебной экспертизы, в частности судебной компьютерно-технической экспертизы. Формулируется необходимость комплексного и системного подхода при разрешения выявленных проблем. This article is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of forensic examination, appointed in the framework of the consideration of civil and arbitration cases by courts. Both general problems, for example, the problems of conducting expert examinations in non-state expert organizations, and the problems of specific types of forensic examination, for example, forensic computer-technical examination, are considered. The need for an integrated and systematic approach is formulated in resolving the identified problems. |
