| Description: | The author argues that at the pre-university stage of studying Russian as a foreign language, in addition to general profi ciency, it is supposed to study a separate aspect, namely the language of the future specialty. Using educational materials, depending on the training profi le, the teacher implements the principle of communicative orientation, grounding the process of teaching taking into account the interests of listeners and the material that is communicatively signifi cant for them. In this regard, it is advisable to introduce authentic materials on the language of the specialty into the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language already at the preparatory faculty or department. The problem of using authentic texts in foreign language lessons, including Russian as a foreign language, at the A1-A2 profi ciency levels, has its supporters and opponents. In this article, by analyzing lexical and grammatical structural and semantic blocks, not only the possibility, but also the need to include original texts in the teaching process in the language lessons of the specialty — legal profi le — is justifi ed. Th e author gives an example of working with the text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in a lesson on Russian as a foreign language in groups of future lawyers studying at the preparatory faculty. Reading and analyzing the articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the part of “Human and civil rights and freedoms”, students not only get acquainted with the language of the text of the offi cial document, which is the main law of the country, but also may talk about human rights, which means preparation for discussing legal problems in Russian. Th is work is aimed at the formation of communicative competence in the educational, professional and educational scientifi c fi elds of activity in the Russian language of future lawyers. На предвузовском этапе изучения русского языка как иностранного, помимо общего владения языком, предполагается изучение отдельного аспекта — языка будущей специальности. Используя учебные материалы в зависимости от профиля обучения, преподаватель реализует принцип коммуникативной направленности, а именно строит работу с учётом интересов слушателей на коммуникативно значимом для них материале. В связи с этим целесообразно вводить аутентичные материалы по языку специальности в процесс обучения русскому языку как иностранному уже на подготовительном факультете (отделении). Проблема использования аутентичных текстов на уроках иностранного языка, в т. ч. русского языка как иностранного, на уровнях владения А1–А2, имеет своих сторонников и противников. В настоящей статье путём анализа лексико-грамматических структурно-смысловых блоков обосновывается не только возможность, но и необходимость включения в процесс обучения оригинальных текстов на уроках по языку специальности (юридический профиль). Автор приводит пример работы с текстом Конституции РФ на занятии по русскому языку как иностранному в группах будущих юристов, проходящих обучение на подготовительном факультете. Читая статьи Конституции Российской Федерации в части «Права и свободы человека и гражданина», анализируя их, обучающиеся не только знакомятся с языком текста официального документа — главного закона страны, но и рассуждают о правах человека, значит, готовятся к обсуждению правовых проблем на русском языке. Данная работа направлена на формирование коммуникативной компетенции в учебно-профессиональной и учебно-научной сферах деятельности на русском языке будущих юристов. |
