Актуальность данного анализа российских публикаций связана с возникающим вопросом: предлагают ли современные исследователи механизм изменения функционального состояния или в них только демонстрация динамики исследуемых параметров? По результатам анализа публикаций российских авторов за 2022-2023 годы в журналах, входящих в списки Web of Science и Scopus, все статьи носят прикладной характер. В них оцениваются или некоторые функциональные параметры, или даются рекомендации по диагностике, или коррекции функционального состояния в целом, или исследуемой функции. Можно увидеть только два обобщающих научных обзора. Ни в одной статье нет предложенного механизма динамики функциональных нарушений (изменений) или ссылки на механизм функциональных нарушений (изменений) другого автора в других работах. Фактически ни в одной статье не были замечены термины "гомеостазис" и "аллостаз", а именно эти процессы лежат в основе функциональной динамики. Остаётся впечатление, что исследования модели динамики функционального состояния если и есть, то являют собой общеизвестный факт, на который можно не ссылаться. Необходимо оценить существующий в последних исследованиях прикладной, а не фундаментальный научный подход в изучении функционального состояния, аллостатической и гомеостатической регуляций и пересмотреть акцент научных изысканий в данной области. The relevance of this analysis of Russian publications is related to the emerging question: do modern researchers propose a mechanism for changing the functional state or are they just a demonstration of the dynamics of the studied parameters? Based on the results of the analysis of publications by Russian authors for 2022-2023 in journals included in the Web of Science and Scopus lists, the following can be noted. All articles are of an applied nature. They evaluate either some functional parameters or provide recommendations for the diagnosis or correction of the functional state as a whole or the function under study. Only two generalizing scientific reviews can be seen. In no article is there a proposed mechanism for the dynamics of functional disorders (changes) or a reference to the mechanism of functional disorders (changes) by another author in other works. Terms such as "homeostasis" and "allostasis" were not noticed in any article, and it is these processes that underlie functional dynamics. It remains the impression that studies of the model of the dynamics of the functional state, if any, are a well-known fact that can not be referenced. It is necessary to evaluate the applied rather than fundamental scientific approach existing in recent studies in the study of the functional state, allostatic and homeostatic regulation and to reconsider the emphasis of scientific research in this area. |
