Пересматривая типичные историографические оценки дореформенной сословной политики самодержавия, автор исследует два взаимосвязанных комплекса тем: 1)происхождение, содержание, характер, технологии решения и место крестьянского вопроса в структуре социально-экономических и политических процессов 2)пред-посылки, причины, задачи и последствия реформы 1861 г., разработка ее философской и технологической сторон. Автор полагает необходимым отделить реформу от предыдущих попыток решения крестьянского вопроса, формулирует концепцию двух реформ и приглашает к дискуссии по проблемам социальной политики самодержавия XVIII первой половины XIX века и генезиса капитализма. The article deals with a peasants issue as one of the key aspects of the Russian class system genesis (17661861). The authors analysis envisages two linked topics in complex: 1) origin, contents, character, decision-making technologies and place of the peasant issue in overall structure of socio-economic and political processes back then 2) background, reasons, targets and consequences of the peasant reform in 1861, in particular, development of its philosophical and technological components. Authors reconsider pre-reform class autocratic policy typical of historiography, including but not limited to reform characteristic in 1861. Namely, supreme power has initiated the peasant issue led by purely political goals, therefore being artificial. Authors believe it necessary to distinguish 1861 reform from previous attempts to resolve this issue by defining the concept of two reforms. Authors opinions invite discussions on problematics of social policy and capitalistic genesis in the XVIIIth and the first half of the XIX centuries. |
