В статье рассмотрены результаты исследования упрощения процессов декларирования товаров в условиях санкционного давления. Упрощения рассмотрены с позиции представления таможенного контроля как услуговой деятельности в системе таможенного администрирования, целью которой является формирование общественной ценности. Основное внимание уделено возможности сокращения административной нагрузки и затрат участников ВЭД за счет упрощения процессов декларирования товаров. На примере реализации Постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 12 марта 2022 года № 353 «Об особенностях разрешительной деятельности в Российской Федерации в 2022 году» представлены основные направления решения ключевых задач в области таможенного администрирования в современных условиях. The article considers the results of the study of simplifying the processes of declaring goods under the conditions of sanctions pressure. Simplifications are considered from the position of presenting customs control as a service activity in the system of customs administration, the purpose of which is the formation of public value. The main attention is paid to the possibility of reducing the administrative burden and costs of foreign trade participants by simplifying the processes of declaring goods. Using the example of the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 353 dated March 12, 2022 "On the specifics of licensing activities in the Russian Federation in 2022", the main directions of solving key tasks in the field of customs administration in modern conditions are presented. |
