| Description: | Исследуется ответственность руководителя юридического лицадолжника и иных лиц, уполномоченных выступать от имени юридического лица, за нарушение законодательства Российской Федерации о несостоятельности (банкротстве). Анализируются последние изменения в законодательстве об ответственности контролирующих должника лиц в делах о банкротстве юридических ли, внесенные Федеральным законом от 29.07.2017 226ФЗ О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон О несостоятельности (банкротстве) и Кодекс Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях . The article investigates the responsibility of the head of the debtor legal entity and other persons authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on insolvency (bankruptcy). The author analyzes the latest changes in the legislation on the liability of persons controlling the debtor in legal bankruptcy cases introduced by the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 226ФЗ On Amending the Federal Law On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) and the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses . |
