| Περιγραφή: | Using the materials of the Russian State Military Archive introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, the article reveals the procedure and practice of conducting intelligence and operational-search activities by the internal troops of the NKVD/Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR directed against nationalist gangs on the territory of Western Ukraine in the years in the first post-war years. Despite the changes in the forms and methods of combating the bandit formations of the OUN/UPA during this period, the Chekist-military operations directed against them continued. At the same time, they were based on intelligence and operational-search data. The article analyzes the positive and negative experience of their collection and use, shows some of the results of implementation. From the historical and legal standpoint, the author analyzes the basic principles and elements of the organization and conduct of intelligence and operational-search work in formations, units and subdivisions of the internal troops, as well as their main content. В статье с использованием впервые вводимых в научный оборот материалов Российского государственного военного архива раскрываются порядок и практика проведения внутренними войсками НКВД/МВД СССР разведывательной и оперативно-розыскной деятельности, направленной против националистических бандформирований на территории Западной Украины в годы в первые послевоенные годы. Несмотря на перемены в формах и методах борьбы с бандформированиями ОУН/УПА в этот период, направленные против них чекистско-войсковые операции продолжились. При этом в их основу были положены разведывательные и оперативно-розыскные данные. В статье анализируется положительный и отрицательный опыт их сбора и использования, показаны некоторые результаты реализации. С историко-правовых позиций автор анализирует основные принципы и элементы организации и проведения разведывательной и оперативно-розыскной работы в соединениях, частях и подразделениях внутренних войск, а также их основное содержание. |
